What was the Lifetime movie about the daughter who is embarrassed about her retarded mother?

I'm almost positive it's a Lifetime movie (real tear-jerker) and
there's a scene where the daughter has a dance recital and the
retarded mom shows up and she's very emotional and embarrassed. Also,
I think the daughter tells her friends that her grandmother is
actually her mom. That's all the info I have, I'd really like to know
