My poop was so massive today, i almost lost consciousness passing it, what should i do?

there was also fresh blood from tearing my butt-hole, i was so much
pain, it also clogged the toilet.
it was about 5 inches around and 9 inches long. i almost cried.
why wont my poop go down the toilet? i tried breaking it up with my
hands and a plunger, i even punched it
