Should i see the Super 8 movie? (is it for kids?)?

Hi im in my 20s. male. Should I see the new Super 8 film? It got a
very high rating from critics, which is what i usually base my
decision on (and it usually works), but this is a movie about kids,
and i am concerned that it might not be for my age.

So should i see this movie? why, or why not? (no spoilers please)
