Is there a forum for this (in description)?

I like talking to other people about shared interests,
so is there a forum to do that?

You know, how facebook has fanpages? And in case i like something, i
can search for it on facebook and 'like' it. there will be a bunch of
other people too who may have likd it. But on facebook, noone really
talks about what they like, they just thumb it up.
So is there a forum, in which i can join a certain group/page for
anything (movie, song, cuisine) and be able to talk to people about
it?
